Return & Exchange :
We examine all the merchandise for quality control. We will try our best to provide quality
products to our customers.
1. All Returns should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery of goods
2. Return Authorization is required for any return : Any return without an authorization number
will be refused.
Shipping Charge will not be credited.
3. A full credit minus shipping charge will be given for defective item(s) only.
4. Items returned for other reasons will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.
Shipping Policy
USPS is our freight carrier. All items are custom design as orders are completed. We ship within 2 business days Monday - Friday only. Larger orders ship out within 3 business days Monday - Friday only. We ask that you
allow 8 to 14 business days for delivery. USPS can take up to 21 days to delivery. You can request a rush
order using FedEx but there is an extra cost. Please email us for quote.
Seller is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude
weekends
and holidays, and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.
